		<description>I would always caution pregnant women to first check with their doctors before doing any kind of exercise. That being said, my cousin is a model (gag me, lol). She has had 2 children and been able to maintain her model form (gag me again). The key to her maintaining her weight is she walked 3 miles every morning up until she gave birth. She also did yoga on a regular basis as a way to stretch her muscles out. It worked wonders for her. After she gave birth she was back on the runway within about 2-3 months.
