Sooo….you just gotta have it. You have had all the salmon, egg whites, broccoli and carrots you can take and today….TODAY….you must have fast food. Well, all successful diets factor in a little splurging. But people, let’s not throw away all the good work we’ve done through the week with one fatty double cheeseburger with every piece of the cow and pig stuffed between two buns we can find.
