Being Overweight Has A Direct Affect On Your Sex Life

Does weight really affect sexual preference in the Black Community? During a recent study, African American men and women were asked to choose the size of their ideal partner. Most African American men chose the moderate (medium) body figure as sexually appealing, as did African American women.
I also found another survey stating that middle class African Americans, particularly African-American men, are more readily adopt mainstream American group-think and show a preference for sex with a thinner woman. The Journal of Black Studies reported that African American men between the ages of eighteen and thirty-five found smaller women more attractive than women with larger body types in the majority of the cases.
Does this disprove all that talk about Black men liking thick women? Do Black men talk a good game and then sex up the chick with an “average” weight ? What size is really “average” in the Black Community?
To me, it all boils down to this. Sex is intimate and you really don’t want someone all in your space unless you really know them, love them, or you have had too many drinks (for all you lushes). Most people don’t realize that how you feel about your body has a direct impact on your sex life. If you don’t feel attractive or you don’t love your body at its current size, you are less likely to want to break those tricks out or feel like your partner finds you attractive. If you don’t think you are sexy…..why should they?
Hitting the gym is a proven way to improve your sex life. While you are getting it right and tight, Exercise, along with a healthy diet and adequate sleep can boost your libido so you’re up for anything. Exercise helps your stamina, during the day, and in the bedroom. Both sex and exercise have been proven to help reduce stress, so doing both on a regular basis should help you stay relaxed and happy. Also, sex is an excellent form of exercise, so don’t hide from your partner. A 130-lb person can burn about seven calories per five minutes of vigorous sex. Keep it up for two hours, and you’ll burn off 177 calories.
Flexibility can enhance anyone’s sex life by making it a bit easier to get into your favorite position with a minimum amount of fuss. Why not try a little Yoga or Pilates to get you in the mood
Does size prevent you from getting it on? Do you generally chose partners of an average body type?
