Great choices! Here are a few not mentioned:

1. Almond Milk - I have not yet graduated to Unsweetened but I LOVE the Original and Vanilla (my fave)!

2. Green Tea - ginseng & honey (keeps me away from McDonald's sweet tea & takes care of the sweet cravings)

3. Ezekiel & Kashi cereals - at breakfast time and whenever I get a craving for sweets.

4. Trader Joe's individual frozen entrees. Perfect for singles!

5. Watermelon - I look forward to the summer months when I can get them in abundance. It is said to be the perfect diet food.

I cosign on most of your fridge stuff. Love, love, love Better N' Peanut Butter! I've read that it now comes in chocolate. Can't wait until that one hits Trader Joe's! Staples in my fridge that were not listed are:

1. Friendship Brand Cottage Cheese 1% Fat, No Salt Added - Lots of protein, low cal, low sodium, low sugar, fairly low carb. This stuff with fresh strawberries and a little Polaner All-Fruit is a go-to snack for me.

2. Western Alternative Bagels - Only contain about 110 calories each and are a bit lower carb than normal bagels. I often eat 1/2 a bagel with Better N' Peanut Butter and cinnamon as a pre-AM workout snack.

3. Hummus. This tastes great on fresh raw veggies. I like it with cucumbers. It also works as a good substitute for mayo on sandwiches.

4. Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedges - Tons of uses. Tons!

5. Fat-free Feta Cheese and Almond Accents. Both really jazz up a quick salad.

6. Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Balsamic Vinagrette dressing - 5 calories for 2T, not crazy high in sodium and it tastes great.
