By just going about their business, Whole Foods has managed to create a change in the market place. Well done to Whole Foods!

The difference between organic and natural foods is well stated. Yet, I would like to expand on your statements.

There is a grass roots movement that makes 'certified naturally grown' products available. This is organized by farmers and run by farmers. Among the standards they follow is the NOP standards.

You can visit them at www.naturallygrown.org and find out if there is a producer in your area. A great way to save money may be right at your back door.
